All over the body

You can use the following techniques separately or combine a few, or all for a full body massage, remember feet first, then legs, then buttocks, back and shoulders, then arms. Just follow in the order in this section and you will be a great masseuse in no time at all.

You should start with your partner face down first then flip them over half way on. The arms are best massaged while your partner is on their back, then if you want you can finish with a massive effleurage all over your partners body.

Arms and the chest
After you have massaged your partners back, legs and buttocks, you can then flip them over for a sensual front massage. Don't use any kneading techniques on the front, you want to make only long effleurage strokes. Start at the front of the shoulders (if you are doing a full body massage you should have finished at this point), gently effleurage outwards to the side of their chest, then with a sweeping stroke all the way up the chest using outstretched, soft hands. It is easier to complete the massage with the partner laying flat.
Massage up their thighs with circular movements created by the palm of your hands, then effleurage several times. Repeat this until you feel its right to move on upwards, massage in light gentle circular motions again up the sides of the chest. Then sweep down to the thighs again and circle here applying pressure then alternating with light caresses. Once your partner is totally relaxed gently pick up their arm, supporting their elbow and hand at all times, massage using your basic strokes up the arms then gently petrissage up the side, gently rotate the wrists and place them back down at your partners sides.
Finish with a face massage; start by a long sweep all over the chest, arms and thighs and finish at the base of the neck. Then gradually work up the side of the neck using petrissage and light effleurage upward movements; occasionally sweep up from the shoulders or chest again. From here you can lightly massage the chin, cheeks, temples, forehead and the eyebrows using the tips of your fingers, be very gentle, especially around the eyes.
