| Shoulders Massage along and between the shoulder blades and the base of the neck, listen to your partner's sighs and apply less or more pressure accordingly. Use long effleurage and then begin kneading around the back and the front of the shoulders occasionally running your hands down the back again and up the sides to meet at the base of the neck. Then gradually work up the side of the neck using petrissage and light effleurage upwards movements. |
