All over the body

You can use the following techniques separately or combine a few, or all for a full body massage, remember feet first, then legs, then buttocks, back and shoulders, then arms. Just follow in the order in this section and you will be a great masseuse in no time at all.

You should start with your partner face down first then flip them over half way on. The arms are best massaged while your partner is on their back, then if you want you can finish with a massive effleurage all over your partners body.

Feet and Legs
Get your partner to lie face down and gently pick up one of their feet and start slowly massaging away at the toes first. Once you have massaged all the toes, you can slowly run the palms of your hands over the sole of the foot and around the anklebone.
You can then start to massage the arch of the foot and gently stroke the top of the foot. Once you have spent a few minutes on one swap to the other, but before you do, slowly glide your hands all the way up the leg from the foot and then slowly and gently rotate the foot a few times to ensure relaxation.
Once you have done both feet, you can move smoothly onto the legs, you can work both together or one at a time. Starting with the effleurage again from the foot all the way up the leg, pay special attention to the ankles, calves, backs of knees, thighs and inner thighs. Every stroke should be in an upward motion towards the thigh area. You can use effleurage going up the legs and petrissage going up the sides of the legs.
