The
Basics
You can use the following
massage moves in different combinations or all together for a full body massage,
starting from the feet and massaging up to the head. Just remember that you
should always be working up the body, not down. This releases and drains the
toxins and draws the energy levels up.
Effleurage Glide your hands up, using your palms and your body weight to apply different pressure. Go with the movements and feel your partner's tense areas. This action should be the first and the last on each part of the body.

Kneading Gently curve your hands into soft fists and knead the flesh with a smooth upward movement.

Petrissage This can be a bit fiddly at first, but really feels nice with a bit of pressure behind it. Use the tips of your fingers and thumbs to make little circular movements along the side of the arms, legs, the back and the spine (be very careful with the spine, do not massage directly onto the spine, only at either side )

If your into Hacking
- little karate chops using the side of your hand, go ahead, but if you are
using Aromatherpy oils this action is not recommend as it destroys the oils
base. Hacking should be done with a relaxed hand.
